Our research work is driven by our vision – to improve the health and wellbeing of women so they can achieve wellness at every stage of life.
Our Wellness Research Collaborative projects cover all the elements that contribute to wellbeing, including managing stress and anxiety, sleeping well and lifestyle strategies to minimise the risk of developing preventable conditions, like type 2 diabetes.
The majority of our work to date has been delivered through our Women’s Wellness Research Program, which focuses specifically on the health and wellbeing of women of all ages. As part of this program, and through working with real women, we have translated some of this research into a number of practical, evidence-based wellness programs to address specific health needs, including wellness after cancer and managing type 2 diabetes.
